DBs & Web servers

Ewha Research Center for Systems Biology (ERCSB) was established to promote systems biology research which pursues inter-disciplinary and integrative approaches for biological interpretation of various omics data from large-scale experiments.

Major emphasis is on the theoretical part of systems biology, i.e. the systems bioinformatics, as well as cancer genomics. Data integration and network analysis are two main themes in every part of our research.
We have developed many databases and web servers for community services as well.

ERCSB is a part of the Institute of Molecular Life Science and Technology at the Ewha Womans University in Korea. The center is carrying out many collaborative research projects with many Korean groups including the sister institute at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, the Korean Bioinformation center (KOBIC), and the i-Pharm group at the Seoul National University, and the Samsung Medical School.
